    I got a sample today

of these new pieces. A plastic ring allows them to be a true dielectric connection. Nice feature! 1/2" (for VS injection use) through 1-1/2" in sweat and threaded.

Supposed to be available in the future with a threaded union end to use on the Grundfos threaded body pumps.

I also saw a nice variable speed submersible that can be piped inline as a pressure booster pump. Clever idea.

Is it true 1/3 of the energy consumed worldwide powers pumps :)
