How to size a boiler for steam + Supestore + 2 hot water loops

Here's my house: 1951 Cape in Massachusetts. About 2000sq.ft. of living space.

My heating equipment: a relatively new Keyspan-installed Burnham IN-6 steam boiler piped for steam plus 3 hot water zones:

(1) 45 gallon Superstore hot water

(2) Kitchen extension about 17'x17' with about 30 feet of baseboard

(3) Bedroom extension about 14'x14' wth only about 12 feet of baseboard.

The latter bedroom is always underheated and the circulator pump runs continuously in winter and never reaches the thermostat-selected temp of say 68. The pumps failed about 3 times last winter perhaps due to overuse.

My question: how to determine if this boiler can handle more baseboard radiation, say an extra 10 feet, in the underheated bedroom ?

Or do I need a second boiler?
