Tiny in-line Electric Water Heater

Don't think I'd want to use barbed fittings and hose connections in a space heating system...
Am still thinking of options for my [now] under-performing "super-simple" radiant bath floors. Am looking for something that could give a 3°-4°F temp boost @ 1/2 gpm @ with a safe operating temp up to 140° or so.

Something like 200-300 watts. Anyone know of such a thing?
Perhaps some "heat tape" wrapped around copper tube and well insulated?0 -
Looks like PLS WIrsbo fittings:)
that has Got to be a deal:)0 -
That heater looks like the temp is non adjustable since it uses a PTC element.

The little dial...
The little dial on the side is the temperature setting. An LED near it shows when it is heating. I think the top temps are probably only about 35C/95F but these are for big aquariums so they are made to do more than 2gpm. Not sure if the temps would be high enough for what Mike wants it to do.0
