radiation with reversing flow

I am going to cycle my building perimeter radiation about every 1/2 hr or so to maintain constant perimeter heat temperature. From the radiation vendor, I understand this system is similar to what has been installed in European markets. I am looking for a balancing valve that has a similar pressure drop when reversing flow as it does when flowing in the opposite direction. Any ideas as to what balancing valve meets this criteria?
