fuel flow problem

yes there are 2 1/2" lines to and from tank with by pass plug installed. as far as a tigar loop goes. the max lift is only 15'. i have to pull approx. 23'. i happened to call suntec tech. support and they had mentioned about installing a booster pump down at the tank to push the oil up as opposed to pulling. according to suntec rep. a booster pump will only pull or lift the fuel 15' max. but it will push the oil up to a max. of 35'. now all i have to do is figure out how to set up pump correctly.

fuel flow problem
am having problem with fuel flow. the situation is, out side fuel tank, warm air unit is located on the 3rd floor [attic] approx. lift from tank to unit 23feet. installed new suntec B pump with oil delay valve. installed oil watcher to check vac. and watch to see if any fuel would come up. had 13" vac. with no fuel. looking for some info.0 -
Is this a single or 2 pipe setup?
Should be 2 pipe and check Suntec's site out to make sure the piping is large enough for the flow you're going to have.
OR
Install a Tiger Loop at the burner. Run a single pipe into the Tiger Loop from the tank and 2 pipe from the tL to the burner.0
