Suggestions for attacking a deckhouse
Any experience in converting an Acorn deckhouse from electric to FHW heat will be greatly appreciated. Family fell in love with it and bought - can't tell you why. They need to make it liveable with a new oil system. Thanks, Rich H0 -
There are tons
of those in Lexington (Cripple Creek), Carlisle, Concord and Acton. Best bet is to go with any type of radiation that will work. I've seen them done in hybrids of all kinds, hydro-air, radiant, cftBB, fan-coils, you name it.
Putting the oil tank and boiler in a shed outside is the most common for a conversion or when the boiler fails in the crawl hole under the stairs.0
