Domestic peace

We moved into an existing house a while back and still have our water cooler. The cooler is like the ones you see that have the 5 gallon bottles on top, but this one had a quarter inch line that fills from the house domestic water system.

When we got the cooler, it had a NSA filter on it, but the filter housing was cracked and leaking. I took it home and found the crack, do I removed the filter. Since I was working for the country club at that time, I was able to get a Everpure water filter, model QL2-OW200L. I want to hook up the water cooler again, but can't find the filters (or head) locally.

Does anyone have any suggestions for another brand, something similar to the Everpure?
