i need a heatloss and consultant

my friend has a smallish house 1,500 sq ft -he removed the old gas furnace --and wants to install a gas boiler -no domestic(will be using the water heater) anyway hes looking for heatloss calculation --non-condensing boiler recommendation, baseboard -sizing-correct amount of radiation-pick-out controls for outdoor reset constant pump and piping layout --anyone in westchester up for it?

The house in Ossining i do commercial heating,piping,wiring for (18 years)--my friend who owns the house ,used to work with me --for 6 years --so the actual install might be done by us-

my friend just opened a Harley repair shop 1 man operation --so payment for services can be in cash,check,credit card or --motorcycle repair by 1 the best mechanics on Harleys in the area this guy was brought up --with the family riding and working on bikes in the living room --shovels,pans,evo"s --whatever you've got
