Dual acting head pressure control for GW heat pump

Does anyone still make a dual acting pressure control for a ground water heat pump? I am working on a 6 ton heat pump that needs 3.5 GPM on heat and a much lower amount on the cooling side. The manufacturer said he thought Johnson Controls still made one but wouldn't give numbers to avoid favoritism. Even if I could get a reverse acting head pressure control to put in parrallel with the parker #265 direct acting valve used in the cooling mode. Please keep in mind I need abut 20 gpm to accomodate the heating cycle. Thanks much and Merry Christmas to all.
