Looking for Steam Heating expertise in Central CT

I am looking for a steam heating expert in Central Connecticut who can help with a residential system.

Just acquired a 1924 Tudor home originally heated with a Broomell two pipe vapor system. Two years ago a new boiler and boiler piping were installed and the sytem has not operated correctly since.

Based on what I have read on this site, and other information published, I have the following issues:
1. An oversized boiler which has been underfired.
2. A boiler piping error which does not compensate for the removal of the Broomell receiver.
3. A system running at higher than necessary pressure settings
4. A two year old boiler which may have now have a hole in it.
