Potable water temperature?

Hi
I was a friend's that just purchased a pre-owned home.
It uses a oil fired boiler that is a hot-water loop heating.
It also supplies the hot water for sinks, showers, etc.
The boiler control settings are 180 high limit, 160 low.
The water coming out of the faucet is 150-155 which can
be dangerous.
How can you have get it so the house heating water is
hot enough to keep house warm, but have the sink water at
a safer temperature.
Thanks so much.

Or a new mixing valve needs to be installed. I have no mixing valve and have learned to deal with the scalding temperatures. I dont have any kids though. Best bet seems to be to replace it all with a new Indirect. Im saving up for one.. in the mean time 150 degree shaving will be hard to give up.0
