If you have a digital camera.. Please take a few detailed photos.. Maybe someone can help by seeing a bit of the setup.. Try to show the pumps in their configuration and the zoning. and if you can please try to resize the photos so they will load quickly for those still on dial-up.

I was having a problem with too much heat in one zone of my in-floor radiant heat, seems zone valve was stuck open so I replaced it, (it was a honeywell valve) Now I can't seem to get any heat into zone, I've purged it at leatst two time for a long duration til I cold water coming back out. I am stymied. Can you help?0 -

It's been 36 hours and running. Still no heat. I cannot locate manifold anywhere in house to further check. One heating contractor says it seems like its bypassing, but where?0 -

try closing all other zones , then purge the radiant.0 -
