Mono Flow and Danfoss Valves

Has anybody ever put Danfoss valves on a mono flow tee system. We are looking at a apartment complex that was installed with only two t-stat for eight apartments. The customer would like to add zone control, but there is no cost effective way to run wiring as all the walls are plaster. Any advice?
