Noise/Power Vent/Boiler Choice

.. the Peerless PSC-03, Dunkirk XEB-3 and Dunkirk Quantum 90-75. I've never heard these in operation and wonder how they compare noise level wise. The XEB has a power venter on the exterior while the other two are in the cabinet. Most power vented water heaters sound like they are ready for takeoff, and I don't need a boiler that's the same. It will be in a basement under the great room. I'd prefer to go with sealed combustion. I can GUESS which one is the quietest, but I am sure some of you KNOW the answer!
