looks good we just did a diamond plate wall with a vitodens. I'll try and put up the shots but it's so time consuming I ussually get frustrated , think there on my office server which i can't get to from home anyhow. 150$ How many sheets??? We used 3 on our wall and it cost me 750$.

wiring gutter with indicator lights

Hotrod, your mind is always working. Gotta love it.

This was a display I built for a trade show to show how pump relays worked, but I had the diamond plate bent on a sheet metal break to make my own wiring gutter. I put some indicator lights on as well to show the zone pumps when they were calling for heat.

buh i get where you are comming from and while i like invisible wiring ,for the most part...and just got a lead on aluminium pilot tube from Hot Rod the other day...:) i do like the looks of the electrical fittings and tube ......care to share ?

The electrical conduit and fittings are from Thomas & Betts, it's called Liquitite. Available in grey & black.

Itis a Vitocell

that had some jacket damage. So I wrapped it in thin diamond plate. An angle iron frame actually holds the Ultra, so the weight doesn't rest on the Vitocell.

Viessmann, Crown, Buderus, Triangle Tube, maybe others, offer horizontal tanks. Some allow boilers to be stacked on them.
