I have a radiant heat system in light weight concrete and am looking at a floating hardwood floor,There are two underlament pads available. One is a foam type and has an r rating of .39. The other is radiant heat paper and has an r rating of 0.079.The flooring itself has an r rating of 1.15.My question is should i lean toward the paper with the lower rating or are they so close that it wil be insignifacant. Also what type of pad have you huys seen in the field,
Thanks for the help
