Open IE, then select "Internet Options..." from the "Tools Menu". The first tab in the new window (called "General") will give you the option of "Delete Cookies" about half-way down. If you click on the button, it'll ask you if you want to kill all cookies. Simply click on "Yes" and the rest ought to be history.

If you've graduated to Firefox by now, let me know, the procedure might be slightly different. All the best!

    Just before Constantine went eu/i we were disscussing

    how to get stuff off our computers and various security features and programs...i want to do as Mark suggests and bag off the cookies only is i dont remember the way to turn off the secure safety sweep to bag them and send them away to Keebler Land. i remember doing it then thouh ..anyone still have the thread? is was about Panda Norton Mcaffee spy bot adaware ....like that...*~/:{ being Larry iscool and all buh er..hmmm...it might not Really make him happy to walk a mile in my moccasins..

    When your there, deleting temp files (on and off line)will give you more bang for your buck.a disk clean-up and defrag will only help.

    i really thank everyone ...my nephew Jason gave me a call this a.m. and he told me how to get the cookies to go bye bye :) and Mark helped me ... ans Lchmb and Starch Robert Scott every one Knew it were i *~/:) it is amazing that i was so easily recognizable in my A.K.A.Larry, spiritual garb :)
