Has anyone heard of electric radaint floors causeing health problems with electomagnetic frequencies being to hign when operating in large areas , the question was posted at healthy heating .com RBs web site
is there a safe limit? if so what is it? how do you test for EMF?

i am not sure as what safe guide lines might be for EMF
however, Electrical utilities have this information as they have been handed a healthy dosage of government over the years in regard to that subject.*~/:)0
