Weird Amana hydronic heater

I came across an outdoor hydronic heater filled with glycol. I had heard of such beasts - but never seen one. The unit fires, the circulator fan unit is running - it does not circulate. The resivoir is full of glycol, and I hear lots of gurgling when I turn the power off. Any one have some hints?

Airbound or pump impeller worn out.
The pump and fan were on the same motor, so the pump shaft is spinning.
That thing has outlasted ALL expectations of it. It might be time to replace the thing.
