i was cruising e-bay and happened to see a"Factory Authorized Burnham Dealer" selling boilers complete with the Burnham line-up picture in the auction #5965270444

    I'm not sure exactly what a "Factory Authorized Dealer" is supposed to mean. We don't have factory authorized dealers. We do have dealers that are members of the Home Heating Team that choose to be affiliated with our products and company and they are ALL installers. As far as I'm aware, this company is an installation company just like you and many others here and chooses to market the products that they install in a much different way. I will more than likely check this out tomorrow to confirm that. They are not a wholesale distributor of our products but may be for some of the other products they advertise. That is a play on words that we have no control over. To answer your question honestly....sure it is acceptable. The web is a very new and exciting place to promote your business.
