Domestic HW Recirc. Drawing

Wallies,
Does anybody have one? I thought PAH and/or ME have posted a drawing of domestic recirculation before...among others.
I'm looking for both gravity and pumped. What's the name of the gravity system I've seen here before?
God, I hate it when I change sites and all my Wall stuff that I've archived is gone :-(
Thanks, PJO

Here's one for pumped, with mixing valve.

Here's one for pumped, with mixing valve.

Here's another
Water heater, mixing valve, recirc pump, and storage tank.
(For big tubs)

another
Two water heaters, reverse return piped, storage tank, mixing valve, and recirc pump.

what's an ST-12?

a small buh regular feature of a DHW recirc system...
to allow for expansion....it looks like an extrol tank on a boiler.0 -
Sure
The drawing is only a pipe layout.
Add components to meet code in your area.
Darn it, Jim, I'm not a plumber!

buh \"Wee'll hava up and running In a Parsec \" You Have
my Word on that!" if you had a "T" on the cold side after the cold check (where currently lives a 90 )that would work ,with a small expansion tank off the top of the "T":)0 -
I agree
Paint is a pain in the neck to show every detail with, (tank, vacuum breaker, valves, flanges, etc.) so I put in the high spots to convey the idea.
Add what you need to to make the diagram meet code and conform to your individual piping preferences.
What I mean is, I'm trying to convey a thought; a method. I'm NOT trying to draw a code compliant drawing, and since you need a license to install these systems, the training is already in place in the installer. The plumber will make it comply, and I (not a plumber) only wish to show a mixing and pumping method.
I don't mean to mislead anyone, not at all.
Don't forget to heat trap the mixing valve, per the instructions. I'll be durned if I'm going to draw THAT in.

So, where's the Gravity system???

That's pretty easy
Same drawings without the check valves, or the mixing valves.
You'll need a way to control (slow) the return piping flow, because when you open the faucet, it flows backwards in the return and combines with the hot supply water.
You want almost all of the hot coming from the supply side, or the temperature layering in the tank will get mixed up and you'll deliver warm water early, rather than hot water for a long time.
You also need to maintain pitch in both lines for gravity to work. No "ups and downs" like you can on a pumped line.
