Was leaving a job this morning when I caught sight of a tree at the end of the driveway. Strangest tree I've ever seen.
Anybody know what kind it is?

Don't know the name,
But I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to climb it!
Has this developed to protect some kind of fruit from being pilfered ? Chris0 -
Al, at a quick glance it looks like some one stuck hundreds of hershey kisses on the tree!
Of course what else do expect me to see? I love chocolate and I live in Pennsylvania very close to the sweetest place on earth.
Interesting tree though.

Thanks Grumpy,
We ask so little, yet learn SO much from this sight! Chris0
