    Taco VS pump, input requested

Existing system, pumps are currently too big and also would like to get the benefit of the vs ramping speed based on Delt T, wondering what you guy's think of this logic. Do you think the benefit is there or not. The 3 way valves on the fan/coils throw a quirk into using possibly delta P sensors which I think might be more responsive control. Also there is some radiant panel which have a separate mix control. Any input welcome. Thanks in advance, Tim

    Pumps

I am using both of those set ups on a job but have not fired it up yet, we are using a grundfos UP26-96VS with a differencial pressure transducer for the radiant floor heating in a eighteen zone radiant job, and a Grundfos Miximiser with outdoor reset for a fan coil that heats incoming air for a commercial range hood.

    Taco VS circulator

I'm not sure what you're application is specifically, but the Taco VS pump will give you the set point temperature based on a fixed delta. Alternatively, the VR pump will ramp, up or down to deliver the water temperature required to satisfy the load based on out door temperature. Attached is the instruction sheet for the VS pump.
