Will this work?

Homeowner has a gravity 2-pipe system and wants to remodel bathroom. He would like to remove existing CI rad and install Quik Trak in place. Heat loss = 2,049 BTUH, requires 114 degree water temp with flow of .47 GPM. I am wondering if I were to close loop and install a secondary off gravity loop with tempering valve and circ pump whether this is an option or not. I am thinking that I could use a strap on aquastat on primary to cycle quik trak? Am I dreaming or can this possible work?
