what the supply temps will be ,what actual heat loss is being exhibited in the room/s in question the flow rate required and the calculated out put of the product...then the floor coverings and the means of attaining that temp or controling the temps within the range that will provide comfort and functionality..........as a guess. :)

Quick Trak job.
I have a homeowner that wants to remodel an existing bathroom and would like to remove CI rad and have us install Quik Trak system. We have done this a couple of times where we close loop and pull a secondary with tempering valve and circ pump off main, however this system is still gravity and don't know if this will work or not, of course the bathroom is on the second level and is almost impossible to pull pex from boiler in basement all the way up. Any ideas if this can be done?
Thanks!!0 -
ok
Maybe I didn't ask that question very clearly. The primary loop is gravity and if i were to install a secondary circuit which is to be "pumped" will I have other issues with the existing radiation? I was thinking of installing an aquastat on gravity loop to cycle new Quick Trak system circulator, so it would not actually be an independant zone, but I am not so sure this is the correct way of doing this. I have not done heat loss yet as this is very preliminary.0
