Pex tubing is now allowed for plumbing up to 3 stories, mechanical permits will be required for each city and town as of 4/1/2005 for HVAC,boilers, from 3 hp and up. This will eventually help the consumers from the hackers

I belive this was anounced Sta. at the trade show. Its was confirmed at my PHCC meeting on Monday night.
