I am looking to see if I can replace the panels on my bathroom steam baseboard which is very badly rusted. There is no company marking on the panels or the steel fin tubing, so I don't know who the manufacturer of the baseboard is.

Are these panels available separately without the fin tubing or do I need to purchase a whole new radiator? If these panels are available can someone recommend a supply house in North Jersey that might stock them.

    Thanks,

try slant fin or vulcan radiator

i have done a similar replacement recentley, and i have used the slant fin multipak 80 series, they have a steel fin tube system, you can buy only the cover alone. or look into vulcan radiator, they have similar ones. the rads in the bathroom will always rust up, from water splashing from the bowl and from the humidity. best way to match something up is to measure it and look online at the cut sheets on the fin tubes and match them up as close as possible. The imside hangers can be modified within reason to fit the existing conditions, but it can be done. as far as where to get them in Northern Jersey, any decent heating/plumbing supply house should stock these at least the slant fin multipak, hope this helps
