Thanks Bill both points noted. I have contacted locals competitors and I've used different services. I know all to well how they can differ. But I was just fishing for some specifics. Does anyone have any names of answering service companies that they would reccomend? Thanks

    Answering service for our business?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good answering service? My heating /cooling bus. is in metro Detroit. I currently use a South Carolina based company. They aren't bad, and supposedly specialize in HVAC. Problem is they all have a southern twang........not that there's anything wrong with that. But I've had some comments from customers about the S.C. location. I guess I'd rather use someone local with the same dialect as my customers. Any suggestions?

    Talk to

Talk to your competition or other business people in your area, find out who they use. Like any business some services are better than others.

    Going over sea's

I read last week that fast food chains are now connecting with over-seas venders like India to take your order at the drive thru, hell of alot cheaper I guess to pay someone 33 cents and hour to take orders than $8.00 but the bad news is most of them have been taught to speak with a "southern" slang, you can't will!
