Hot water on left, Why?
Just a bit of trivia. This is a Test.. Why is the Hot water on the Left and the Cold water on the Right?0 -
because \"if you dont want the boss to leave Hot.....
you best remember its Right Cold Outside!" Thats my quote and i am stickin toit.*~/:) or if he Left Hot ,Your Freezing ,Right?0 -
Hot on Left
When water was first used in the home, it was by the use of a hand pump mounted on the sink. It was usually mounted on the right side of the sink because most people are right handed and it is easier to use the pump with your strong hand. Since the pump was on the right side of the sink, the best place to put the hot water faucet was on the left side.
Thats the way I've heard it anyway.
