vertical panel radiator flow noise

Newly installed Runtal V3 panel radiator (7 ft tall / 3 tubes wide) with Oventrop non electric head develops noise of water running after a few hours of operation. There are 8 Buderus rads and a Runtal towel warmer that are all noise free. System bled out, Spirovent, Pressure bypass around pump, low flow through panel... can't explain noise or locate cause. Panel was replaced with a new one today- noise returned within a few hours.
There was an error rendering this rich post.

TRV??
Hi Jim, is the TRV on the return? If not, there will be noise or banging. Since the Buderus rads have the TRV on the returns, all radiators must be piped accordingly.

Pressure Bypass
Just a shot in the dark, but could it be with pressure bypass setting? When the other heads are limiting flow the circ. noise is showing up in the Runtal?
Just a thought.
Very respectfully,

Describe the noise.
Sometimes TRVs can make a rather obnoxious (if usually very low level) noise as they near setpoint and begin to throttle down--if that's the case, it will disappear once the TRV is modulating at setpoint.0
