    is there a tool

    that will allow you to make a tap on a live system. i have an existing 2 story building where we have to tie into the existing mains with some 3/4" lines for new baseboard. there are no isolation valves anywhere in the system. rather than drain the system i want to try to do it live. i saw a machine in pm magazine but i threw it out and can't remember who made it.
