    I think

    that 30% savings on electricity use is a bit of a stretch. Unless you have different rates for electricity during peak hours and non-peak hours, for a residential customer, never going to have a realistic payback. This idea has been around and in use in commercial chilled water systems for the last 25 years that I know of, probably more.
