Ahh the rocket boiler! Here are a few facts that I know. 1)We have around 10 that we work on regularly. 2) I have never heard any of the owners of these boilers say one good thing about them. 3) In the wrong hands the burner can be very dangerous. 4) The chemicals need to be perfect. 5) Remember these have a secondary heat exchanger most of my customers refer to this as the sacrificial heat exchanger because they are always replacing it.

So no the Pulse doesn't get my vote. The commercial Mod/Con that I am most impressed with is the Aerco BMK 2.0 and the Aerco KC-1000. They are very reliable, they have an amazing control system, and they are built to condense!

What are your opinions on fulton pulse boilers?any problems?are they reliable? any input good or bad appreciated.

We have customer with thirty of these things. They are in several different locations. Installed by several different contractors. The same basic plan for all locations. Three buildings no problem work great. Two other buildings nothing but problems. The outfits installing on the problem units did not follow the instructions with the product. The unit are to close too each other, intake and exhuast piping have additional fittings and pipe. The boilerooms had the same basic layout with lots of room( each had two fire tube natural draft boilers)

Customer is currently discyssing removal and reinstalling.
The installing firms have been disqualifed from any work for the customer.
