anyone ever use the new taco i series valve? what do you think? Looks like it may be a good choice for a small little radiant job i've got in the woodworks

We've used it on a number of smaller radiant jobs and have been very satisfied. Nice and simple and the reset appears to work well. This winter will tell if we'll any problems.
I will say that the boiler protection feature may be something we leave out for retro fits, which I think this valve works well for. We've had some issuies with the valve shutting itself down when it sense cold return water. We will probable just eliminate that feature.
All in all, pretty happy right now.

The set point is great for boiler protection,the R series is great for radiant...The Rmb's are like injection pump system pump piping with choises for set point or Reset and with manual over ride *~/:) Whatta deal0
