steama pump...

Pulling upon a hot condensate could cause the flash to steam once again which would be noisey, and determental to equipment. You have to make sure the temp is 180*F or close if the system your pulling on is at atmosphere pressure. This is why condensate pumps have a large reciever, and on and off water level switches in them, also they are always vented to the atmosphere. The condenasate must not flash back to steam when the pump pulls on it. So any hot water pump would suffice if it is for hot water service. (180*F) There is a corrosion factor when the condensate is exposed to atmosphere, so bronze fitted could be a help.

    pump

I've used all the pumps you have mentioned. I think the most important thing is pump placement and having the means to filter alot of the big chunks o' stuff that can get in there in the first place that can and will cause premature pump failure. The steam system (on a whole) must be kept clean and not using alot of makeup water so as to keep the rust down to a minimum and installing a by pass will keep temps at an appropriate level. As far as purchase of which pump? Thats up to you, I like using the cheap ones because you can buy 4 of them verses the cost of one bronze bodied one which I've had fail just as quickly as the non bronzed ones. JMHO>
