hydrosil electric baseboards

in THE MAIN WALL
Could anyone tell me if it is worth the money to upgrade my conventional baseboard heaters to the hydrosil baseboards which have a silicone which is heated up and is supposed to be more efficient. Any info on this product would be appreciated.

    electric heat is 100% efficent

    There's no combustion or flue so 100% of the juice gets turned into heat. Spend the money on insulation.
