load of how the new one was piped next to it?...no mixing valve on the tankless... I have a feeling that was a homeowner special install...kpc

    Down here in the Southland, it's hard to find any pros; ain't the Internet great! I guess I'll gas up the '71 F-100 (maybe strap on some wing tanks) & go pick up my (almost) new boiler.
