I am planning on purchasing a modular home. We live outside of Boston. We would like to have whole house AC. What type of heating and AC system would you recommend?
Thanks,
Evan

If you have a basement this is a good install for your house.and if it is a single level home, it is very quick and easy to do. I would do a Buderus boiler and indirect, Logamatic R2107 and Buderus panels radiators with trv's(thermostatic radiator valves. This will essentially give you control of the heat in every room. Then a/c, and air handler in the attic and size the ducts for a/c only. You wont regret it.
