Hey Guys,
I see you already have one after and before photos of our mess made good... Here are some more that I put on the Web so they don't take up space in the Wall:

While "Steamhead" got us started - over a year ago! - by adding vents and bringing the pressure down as much as he could, Jamie and the guys did a great job as you can see, seems to be working more efficiently already in that the house warms up but the basement isn't nearly as warm so the steam/vapor must be going up. We have a little balancing to do, after all the system is now like it should have been, and need to get insulation on the pipes but sure seems to be working fine, and we've had our first freezing nights when we would notice if it wasn't getting warm. Just in time for record gas bills!
Frank, hope this finds you all well, thanks to everyone for helping to bring this old house back to full heating order!

Frank,
Big Jim and I are having an argument (hard to belive huh?) on what to set this Vapor system @. Attached is a picture of the Vapor stat and high limit!
The second picture is of that re-pipe in Philly you got me.

One pound is probably more than enough
which system is that on? I've seen so many of yours ;-) The CSD-1 should be set maybe a pound above the Vaporstat's cut-out.
Beautiful job on that VECO Columbia boiler repipe. Bet it runs much better now! Looks like you had the horizontal portion welded up- nice!
For those of you who missed the original thread, here's the link, and a pic of what a mess the original piping was. Yes, that's the case for my Testo kit on top of the pile in the background.
