I too find it a pain to resize pictures after downloading them from my digicam. So... just downloaded this nice little (doesn't take up much space) program. Allows you to resize a number of pictures automatically. The free trial is fine with me, the only limit being you can only do 6 images at a time. Really easy to use. Actually, all three fit my screen without scrolling, just right. Don't know why. Maybe I have software installed that does that to jpegs.0 -
Internet Explorer has a setting for "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" in Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Multimedia. If that is turned on it will resize the picture to fit the screen after it downloads it.
Sometimes useful, sometimes a pain. Depends on what you are trying to do.
