32 x 12 x 3.1416 / 1728 = .6981 Cu. Ft. If my math is correct you would want to use 2 No. 1's.

Thanks to the help found here, I'm happy to report that I really like the Danfoss valves that I recently installed. They work quite well, evenly heating the rads, and shutting down on setting, heating rooms comfortably. I'm using the Hoffman 41s on them, and getting a little hiss - I think because I looked at my main vent and found a Dole 1933, which thanks also to this site, I now know to be woefully undersized. I am going to install a Gorton 1 on it ASAP.
One more thing, my main header is about 32' long, 2". Would one Gorton 1 do the trick, or should I pick up another one, and tee them together?
Thanks again all.0 -
Thanks Bob!
