Radiator valves

I have a customer wanting to convert what I believe to be old one pipe steam radiators to a hot water system. Any news of a single valve with a return tube to reach to opposite side of radiator.

    I'm with you John

Why on earth??!! Seems like the homeowner may be the victim of poor service-stance;maybe they got bad info regarding the steam system they have, (like-this stuff is ancient/inefficient/dangerous-you choose the b.s. line a salesman might give-it's amazing how hard some folks will go to change what they don't understand.)-or someone else hasn't been able to solve their problems. I'd find out all where they came up with the reasoning behind the idea to change, then look over the system with a fine toothed comb, then find a way to make it work like it should. What's next-mannekin arms on the Venus De Milo?

    More explanation

Sorry, probably should have clarified further on the radiator situation. These are radiators I believe to have been removed from a one pipe system by my customer. I am in the process of remodeling an old hotel for him, installing heating and air conditioning. The original radiators and heating system had been removed from this hotel years ago. My customer is trying to return some of the original look by installing a hot water radiator system in the common areas. He collects radiators and had chose these to use in particular areas until I told him they were the wrong application. He is wanting me to try to make them work and asking if I can tap the opposite end of the radiator or what I can come up with to be able to use these radiators. Thanks for your input.
