Easy floor is a plastic grid floor system that will give you a vapor barrier with an area of convective energy dirrected up and not down. It is topped with some mass via hardy backer board. I have used it on one slab on grade project and it is great and easy to install. I plan on using it on my own house when we remodle in the spring.
Of all the dry systems I have used it seems to be the best choice.

Link?
I have the same application requirements TT. Do you have a link to the Easy floor? When I google it, I get cleaning products.
Thanks

Given the chance
I'd use this.
Roth Panel system
Looks good, quiet, and you can put almost anything over it.

Roth Panel
Just finished one project and ready for the next. I installed Roth panel over exisitng slabs. Works great! Low temps and very even heat. Great solution for existing unisulated slabs. Wood flooring can be an issue, look at installation guide. We questoned sleepers on 2' centers for a wood nailer.
Good luck Jeffrey0 -
USE THIS!
Use "The Barrier" between your slab and the radiant system. You can do an overpour with Gypcrete or Rehau Raupanel, or Wirsbo Warmboard right on top and you'll be fine.
Foil faced products have no value under or on cement.
