Piping Options?

I am installing a new system in a customers house. I have to install an air handler on the 2nd floor (hydro) and in the future (not sure when) have to do the same on the 1st floor. For now I need to tie into the free standing rads on the 1st floor which wasnt going to be that way originally, I am installing a Biasi B10-4 and I had an idea of tying the loop closed with its own circ and injecting via closely spaced tees on the loop from the boiler separate supply and return manifolds, then just use those fro the AHU when the time comes. Any thoughts on this will be appreciated. I just dont think I need to do P/S for two Hydro Air Handlers and an indirect, but need a different option now dur to high water content, have any of you tried this before? Constant circ or tied to the injecting one?

ANY thoughts or ideas????

Thanks in advance,
Rich

Well what I was wondering was

Wether or not it would work well by having two closely spaced tees injecting into an 1-1/4blk loop tied to large cast iron rads. I was seeing it like a reverse p/s system, its just that I had the idea but did not know if any one had tried it before and what problems might have been encountered, wether or not to wire the pump constant or with the injector. Just trying to see what else is out there.

    Thanks in advance,

    whats the question?

Seems like you got a great idea.
I typically run a converted gravity sytem(is that what you have?) System circ runs constant, boiler pump(or zv) injects heat into that loop on a call for heat.
When you switch over you could leave as is or take it with you..
I'm not sure this is what your after, I just had to answer you, don't be disapointed

Well, a Caleffi low loss header like hot rod is dialing in......

would solve a group of details real world quick. do your take offs with some variable speed controller and pump. it is the equivalent of P/S all spun together with air eliminator and purge....as a thought. to me that would give you a signifigant degree of comfort control. Thats my story and i am stickin to it.

Look at the post hot rod made a couple few months ago or the prestige Dan Foley posted or the gert chubby one that Jake Timmerman used in his curvo job. they are much spendier:) than some closely spaced Ts buh .. hey! they do their thing :)
