Dan, would it be beneficial to add a feedback area for the Find a Pro service? Maybe a place where customers can share their experience with the contractor they got from the ad here. Do you think it would be an added value so contractors who are missing the boat can see what they are missing? I know the vast majority of the contractors here are of the highest quality and I would think it would be nice to see some happy homeowner feedback. Or do you think something like that would just become a dumping ground for the minority?
I know the results of the find-a-pro add (I have a few customers that use it) and promote the idea to my quality contractors. Plus with the 3-month free offer, how can they lose?

That area already exists.

It's The Wall. I see the comments here all the time.

I hear from some contractors that they don't need to market their companies or advertise because they get all their business by word of mouth. Lately, I've been hearing from those same contractors that business is so slow lately and they don't know what they're going to do. Hope things pick up soon!

That's the problem with word of mouth. It stops sometimes.

And more and more people are turing toward the Internet for information, and for help. It's the new Yellow Pages.

But I can't help contractors who won't help themselves.
