Flash tank design help

is one authority. Not sure what their web offerings are but they also have books on steam utilization and hook-ups that are outstanding. Suggest you contact their local representatives.
Armstrong and Johnson who both manufacture flash tanks also have sizing charts.
Key principles to know are what your incoming pressure is and degree of superheat, what your outlet pressure is in the flash tank and most importantly, what are you going to do with it once you recover it. (And are you intending to rely on the flash steam; how consistently will it be produced.)
