Low Wattage radiant

I have a customer wanting to hook up the radiant that her now deceased husband put in loops for. The house appears to be done right as far as the loops go, 250' feet each with two six loop manifolds in the mech room. The walls are all spray foam and it seems really tight. The house is off the grid and she has a battery system with an inverter and a generator. I'm looking to keep the power cosumption as low as possible as far as the boiler and pumps. The fuel source is propane. My typical system would have a condensing boiler with a taco 007 boiler circ and a 008 system circ and a couple zone valves for for two zones. 180 watts more or less. Any Ideas how to whittle power usage down.

    lower wattage circs

you should be able to handle those loops with a 35 or so watt circ. Laing, March, el-sid and others make 12 volt DC circs in those sizes. That would take the inverter efficiency hit out of the equasion.

Maybe 12V dc zone valves also??

A standing pilot boiler without an inducer, vent damper, and ignition system would be lowest power consumption, but also lower efficiency.

Was a time when guys used millivolt boilers for this, although I think those are not available any longer due to code compliance. Except maybe in a swimming pool heater :)
