Dan Thanks for compiling susch a great list!

Following a death in the family (previous post) My Cousin, living in Hawaii, needed a home inspection in Kingston NY. Arlene coordinated with me, Ken and herself to meet and inspect.

I CAN personally recommernd Arlene and her OCTOBER HOME INSPECTIONS. Arlene knew Codes and made good suggestions. While inspecting she found a small gas leak and contacted the Gas Company maintaining safe conditions.

Great Job Arlene and I'm looking forward to my next hug!
