I may look at contractors websites more than the normal surfer, and often i find websites that are not updated? This morning I ran across this one contractors website? (this is by no means any insult on them, just trying drum up conversation on the importantence of a managed website and if you don't manage it, what it looks like to customers that surf the web?

The promo dates back to 2004? What do you think customers see? Out of business? Doesn't care?

Any thoughts? How often do you update your website or did you build a website that doesn't depend on dated material to be updated?

Bud

PS.

I went back to browsing their website and clicked on "Customer Service" it was a shock to see "Coming Soon" , ok enough is enough...probably not the way to display your customer support or contact page:)
