If this is what you are referring to, these have been around for years from Oventrop. I've seen a few installed on one pipe systems but all were on very short radiators. I'm not sure if they will work on longer ones as well.

    Steam to Forced Hot Water

    I understand there's a new insertion for non converting steam radiators to be able to convert them to hot water. Does anybody know anything about them ???
